White Label WordPress Support for Agencies

We handle your clients’ WordPress support requests under your agency’s name: bug fixes, broken forms, plugin conflicts, small changes, and sites that go down at 2am. You stay the only face your client sees. Pay per hour or a fixed cost, confirmed in writing before any work starts, and stop whenever you like.

✓  First test task free ✓  Same-day replies ✓  24/7 for sites that are down ✓  NDA before any client material ✓  No contract, stop any time

Hire your white label support team

Same-day reply. We only ever talk to you, never to your client. First test task is free. Send one real request on one client site, we fix it under your brand, and you judge the result before paying for anything.
Thanks. We reply the same business day, and we will not contact anyone but you.
What is covered

What a support request means here, in writing

The complaint we hear most about other white label providers is “unlimited support” with limits nobody mentioned. So here is the line, drawn before you send the first request.

The definition we work to

A support request is one problem or one change on a live WordPress site that we can scope from a single message: fix this error, change this section, find out why this form stopped sending. If a request turns out to be bigger than that, we tell you before we start, with a fixed price for the larger job, and you decide.

Included in support
✓  Bug fixes and errors White screens, 500 and 403 errors, broken layouts after an update, PHP warnings on the front end.
✓  Plugin and theme conflicts Finding which update broke what, and fixing it without turning off the feature your client relies on.
✓  Forms, email and checkout Contact forms that stopped sending, WooCommerce checkout failures, payment and shipping errors.
✓  Small changes Text and image edits, new sections, menu and footer changes, landing pages built on the existing design.
✓  Speed and uptime problems A site that got slow, a page that times out, caching and CDN settings that fight each other.
✓  Emergencies Site down, hacked, or showing a warning in Google. A person responds around the clock.
✓  Hosting, DNS and email help SSL renewals, domain and DNS changes, migrations between hosts, mail deliverability.
✓  Questions from your client When your client asks “can the site do X?”, we give you a straight answer you can forward in your own words.
Quoted separately, as a fixed price

These are projects, not support requests. You still get them under your brand, from the same team, with a written scope and price first.

→  Full redesigns and new builds →  New custom features and integrations →  Malware removal and hardening after a hack →  Full speed optimization projects →  Monthly updates, backups and monitoring →  Taking over an inherited client site
Two different services

Support is not maintenance. We sell them separately, and so should you.

Maintenance is scheduled work: updates tested on staging, backups that are restore-tested, uptime and security monitoring, one report a month. It is predictable, so it is sold as a fixed monthly plan per site.

Support is reactive work: a client emails you because something broke or needs changing. Volume is unpredictable, which is why support sold inside a flat “unlimited” plan is where agencies lose money and partners cut corners.

This page is the support layer. If you also want the monthly care handled, our WordPress maintenance service covers it, white label, and the two work together. For the full argument on pricing them apart, read white label support vs maintenance.

How a request flows

From your client’s email to a fix they never knew we made

The same path for a five-minute text change and a checkout that stopped taking payments.

1

Your client emails you

Nothing changes on their side. They write to the agency they hired, the way they always have.

2

You forward it, or we pick it up

Forward it to us, or give us an address on your domain and we work from there as a member of your team. Our name appears nowhere.

3

We reply the same business day

With what is wrong, what fixing it involves, and the hour count or fixed price. Sites that are down are handled immediately, around the clock.

4

Staging first, then live

Fixes are made on a copy of the site, tested, then pushed live. Backups are taken before we touch anything.

5

A note you can forward

What was wrong, what we changed, and anything to watch, written in plain English and in your agency’s name. You send it on as your own.

Talking to your client

By default we talk only to you. If you would rather we deal with your client directly, for example on a call about a complicated fix, we do it on your instruction, as your employee, from your email, with your name on the signature. We never introduce ourselves as Survyc.

Two ways to pay

Per hour, or a fixed cost. You choose, request by request.

No plans, no hour buckets that expire, no minimum term. The price is confirmed in writing before work starts, either way.

When volume is unpredictable

Per hour

✓  You pay for the time a request actually takes, logged in 15-minute blocks ✓  An estimate before we start, and a message if it will run longer ✓  One itemised report at the end of the month, per client site, in your name ✓  Good for agencies with a mixed bag of small requests each month

Most agencies start here, because it costs nothing when your clients are quiet.

When you resell at a set price

Fixed cost

✓  A fixed price per request, agreed from a written scope before we start ✓  Or a fixed monthly fee per site for a defined allowance of requests ✓  The number does not move, so your retail price and margin are known in advance ✓  Good for agencies that bundle support into their own client plans

Larger jobs are always fixed cost, so you never carry the risk of an open-ended invoice.

Switch between the two whenever you like, and stop whenever you like. There is no contract and nothing to cancel. We never publish rates on the site because every agency’s mix is different, so tell us how many sites you look after and we will quote both ways.

White label, properly

What “under your brand” means in practice

A white label partner that leaks its name into one email can cost you the client. These are the rules we work to on every account.

✓  NDA before anything else

Signed before you share a single login or client name. It covers your clients, your pricing and your processes.

✓  No contact with your client

We never reach out to your clients. If you ask us to speak to one, we do it as your team, under your name.

✓  Our name appears nowhere

Not in code comments, not in plugin settings, not in email footers, not in the handover notes.

✓  Reports in your name

Every monthly report and every fix note is written so you can forward it unedited.

✓  You own the access

Logins, accounts and code stay yours. We work on access you grant and can revoke.

✓  The same developer each time

One named person learns each client site, so you are not re-explaining the setup every month.

Who this is for

Built for agencies that promised support and need a team behind it

Agencies with a book of client sites

You sold “ongoing support” with each build, and the inbox is now the part of the week your team dreads. We take the queue and you keep the relationship.

Designers and marketers who do not do development

You build in Elementor, Divi or Webflow and Figma, and the technical tickets land on you anyway. Forward them.

Agencies with developers who are busy

Your team should be shipping billable projects, not chasing a plugin conflict at 6pm. We cover overflow, holidays and after hours.

When to keep support in-house

If your clients run heavily custom applications on WordPress, or a developer on your team already knows every site intimately and has the hours, you may not need us. In that case use us for overflow and emergencies only, per hour, and keep the rest where it is. We will say so on the first call if that is the better fit.

Who does the work

Senior developers, not a ticket farm

Survyc is an AI-first digital agency. On support, that means we use automation to reproduce problems faster and to test fixes more thoroughly, and a senior developer still makes and checks every change by hand before it goes live on your client’s site.

We do not show client logos or testimonials here because our agency clients are under NDA and their clients do not know we exist. What we can offer instead is a free test task: send one real request from one client site, we handle it under your brand at no charge, and you judge the result before paying for anything. You can also see how agencies outsource WordPress development to the same team.

Questions agencies ask

White label WordPress support questions

What counts as one support request?

One problem or one change on a live site that we can scope from a single message, such as a broken form, an error after an update, or a new section on an existing page. If a request turns out to be a project, we say so before starting and quote it as a fixed price, and you decide.

How fast do you respond?

The same business day for every request, with a diagnosis and a price or hour estimate. Sites that are down, hacked, or blocking payments are handled immediately, around the clock, every day of the year. You get a short update as soon as the site is back, then the full note.

Will you ever contact my clients?

No. We talk only to you unless you instruct us otherwise. If you want us on a call or email thread with your client, we take part as a member of your team, from your email address, under your name. The name Survyc never appears, and an NDA backs that promise before we start.

Per hour or fixed cost, which should I choose?

Per hour suits agencies with a changing mix of small requests, because quiet months cost nothing. Fixed cost suits agencies that resell support at a set price and need their margin known in advance. Many agencies run per hour for odd requests and fixed cost for larger jobs. You can switch at any time.

Is there a minimum contract or notice period?

No. There is no contract, no minimum number of requests and no notice period. Start with a single request, stop whenever you like, and come back when the next ticket lands. Larger fixed-cost projects are agreed in writing per job, and that written scope is the only commitment on either side.

Can you work inside our helpdesk or email?

Yes. Give us an address on your domain or a seat in your helpdesk and we work from there, following your tone and templates. If you would rather keep us at arm’s length, forward requests to us and we reply to you only. Both are white label; the difference is who presses send.

Can we try you before committing to anything?

Yes. Your first test task is free: one support request, as defined above, on one client site. We handle it under your brand with the same process as paid work, including the forwardable note. If you are happy, send the next one and choose per hour or fixed cost. If not, you owe nothing.

What is not included in support?

Projects: full redesigns, new custom features, migrations, malware removal after a hack, and full speed optimization. We still do all of them under your brand, quoted separately as a fixed price. Monthly updates, backups and monitoring are a separate maintenance service that pairs with support.

Start with one request

Send us the next ticket your client sends you

Tell us how many sites you look after and how you would rather pay, or send one small task as a free test. You will get a same-day reply with how we would handle it, per hour and as a fixed cost, before anyone commits to anything.

First test task free. Same-day reply. NDA first. No contract.
