Welcome to Survyc. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules for using our website and services. By visiting our website, contacting us, or working with us, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree with any part of them, please don’t use our website or services.

If anything here is unclear, reach out to us at info@survyc.com we’re happy to help.

1. Who We Are

Survyc is an AI-first digital agency based in the Middle East, serving clients globally. We provide web design and development, AI visibility and SEO, go-to-market (GTM) and automation, and website maintenance and support services.

In these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Survyc. “You” and “client” refer to anyone who uses our website or engages our services.

2. Using Our Website

You agree to use our website lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

  • Use the website in any way that breaks the law or these Terms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or anything harmful
  • Copy, reproduce, or misuse our content without permission
  • Use our website to harm, harass, or mislead others

We may suspend or restrict access to our website at any time if we believe it’s being misused.

3. Our Services

We offer a range of digital services, including web development, SEO, AI visibility, automation, and maintenance. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any project will be agreed separately in a proposal, quote, or written agreement between you and Survyc.

This website is for general information and enquiries. Submitting a form or contacting us does not automatically create a binding contract for services a project begins only once both sides agree on the details in writing.

4. Quotes, Proposals, and Payment

  • Quotes and proposals are based on the information you provide and are valid for the period stated in them.
  • Prices, scope, and timelines may change if the project requirements change.
  • Payment terms (such as deposits, milestones, or schedules) will be set out in your proposal or agreement.
  • Late or missed payments may result in paused work or additional charges, as outlined in your agreement.

Unless stated otherwise, all fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes.

5. Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver great work, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete information and materials when needed
  • Respond to requests and approvals in a reasonable timeframe
  • Ensure you have the rights to any content (text, images, logos, data) you give us
  • Make payments as agreed

Delays in providing materials, feedback, or approvals may affect project timelines, and we won’t be responsible for delays caused by these.

6. Intellectual Property

Our content: All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, branding, and design — belongs to Survyc or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our written permission.

Project deliverables: Ownership of the work we create for you (such as a website or design) will be handled in your project agreement. Typically, ownership transfers to you once the project is fully paid for, unless agreed otherwise. We may retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing, unless you ask us not to in writing.

Third-party materials: Some projects may include third-party tools, plugins, fonts, or licenses. These remain subject to their own terms, and any related costs may be your responsibility.

7. Third-Party Tools and Services

Our work may involve third-party platforms and tools (such as WordPress, Elementor, Shopify, Webflow, hosting providers, or automation tools). We don’t control these services, and we’re not responsible for their performance, availability, or their own terms and policies. Any issues caused by third-party tools are outside our control.

8. Revisions and Support

The number of revisions, support period, and maintenance terms will be defined in your project agreement. Work requested beyond the agreed scope may be treated as a new request and quoted separately.

Ongoing maintenance and support services (such as fixes, updates, and security) are provided based on the plan or arrangement you choose with us.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

We put real care into our work and aim to deliver high-quality results. However:

  • Our website and content are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind.
  • We don’t guarantee specific results from services like SEO, AI visibility, or marketing, as these depend on many factors outside our control (such as search engine algorithms, competition, and market conditions).
  • We don’t guarantee that our website will always be error-free, secure, or available without interruption.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • Survyc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (such as lost profits, lost data, or business interruption) arising from the use of our website or services.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Indemnity

You agree to protect and hold Survyc harmless from any claims, losses, or costs arising from your misuse of our website or services, your breach of these Terms, or content you provided that infringes someone else’s rights.

12. Confidentiality

Both sides agree to keep any confidential information shared during a project private and to use it only for the purpose of the work. This applies both during and after our working relationship.

13. Termination

Either side may end a project or agreement as set out in the project terms. If a project is cancelled, you agree to pay for all work completed up to that point. We may also suspend or end services if these Terms are breached or payments are not made.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or the law. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continuing to use our website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Survyc operates. Any disputes will be handled in line with those laws. The specific governing law and jurisdiction for a particular project may be set out in your project agreement.
