White Label AI Visibility Implementation for SEO Agencies
Your clients are asking why they do not appear in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI answers. You have the audit, the strategy and probably a dashboard. What you do not have is a WordPress developer to ship the schema, the entity pages, the crawler rules and the content structure the audit calls for. We implement it, under your brand, and hand you a log that shows exactly what changed.
AI visibility work stalls at the same place every time: the WordPress site
The white label GEO and AEO market sells audits, dashboards and content. Almost none of it ships code. The recommendations land in a PDF, the client’s site is on a page builder nobody on your team wants to touch, and three months later the dashboard looks the same.
The audit is done
A tool or a strategist has listed what is missing: schema, entity clarity, answer-first structure, crawler access, speed. Good list. Now someone has to do it.
The site is the obstacle
Elementor, Divi, a custom theme, two schema plugins fighting each other, a CDN silently blocking bots. Each recommendation turns into a developer ticket your agency cannot staff.
We are the developer
Send us the audit and the site. We map each item to a concrete change, make it on staging, validate it, launch it, and give you the log in your name. Your strategist keeps the strategy.
Six things an audit recommends and a developer has to ship
Everything below is work on the WordPress site itself. Strategy, keyword and prompt research, link building and PR stay with your agency.
Structured data that validates
Organization, Person for authors, Service, Article, FAQPage, Product, LocalBusiness and BreadcrumbList as JSON-LD on the right templates, deduplicated against whatever the SEO plugin already outputs, and passing Google’s validator before launch.
Entity and E-E-A-T pages
About, author, editorial policy, service and contact pages rewritten or built so the client’s name, people, location and expertise are consistent everywhere, with sameAs links to the profiles that already exist.
Answer-first content structure
The pages the client wants to be cited for restructured: a direct answer at the top, headings that match real questions, FAQ blocks that mirror the schema, tables where a list is being compared. Your copy, or ours to your brief.
AI crawler access
robots.txt reviewed per crawler, an llms.txt added where it helps, CDN and security plugin bot rules checked so GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot and Google-Extended are allowed or blocked exactly as the client decides.
Technical hygiene
Core Web Vitals on mobile, indexability, canonicals, internal links between the entity pages and the content, and the staging noindex that so often ships to production.
Measurement that is honest
Search Console and GA4 set up to show AI referrals and AI Overview impressions where the platforms expose them, so your reports rest on data rather than on a tool’s guess.
The thinking behind each item is in our guides on what AI visibility is and how it works, entity SEO and why a business does not show up in AI answers. They are written for site owners, so your client can read them too.
Nobody can guarantee a citation in ChatGPT or an AI Overview, and we will not write that in your client’s proposal. Google’s own guidance is that its AI features need nothing beyond standard search best practice. What implementation does is remove every reason a site cannot be understood, crawled or quoted: missing structured data, an unclear entity, pages that bury the answer, bots blocked by a CDN rule nobody remembers setting.
If a client asks whether this is worth paying for at all, our guide on whether GEO is worth it for a small business gives the honest version, and our comparison of AI visibility tools explains what the dashboards measure.
An implementation log in your agency’s name
Every recommendation from the audit appears as a line: what it asked for, what we changed, on which template or page, the validator result, and the date. Items that are not WordPress work are marked as yours, with a note on what they need. Your client sees a finished checklist from your agency. Nothing mentions us.
Before and after screenshots from Google’s Rich Results Test and the schema validator are attached, so the proof is in the client’s hands, not in a dashboard they have to trust.
From an audit nobody has actioned to a site that is machine-readable
Send the audit, or the site
A tool export, a strategist’s notes, or just the URL. No logins needed yet.
Free implementation estimate
Within two business days: each item mapped to a WordPress change, a fixed price per site and an hourly estimate, and the items that are strategy rather than code, in your name.
You quote your client
Add your margin and your wording. On a yes, we sign the NDA and take a staging copy.
Implement, validate, launch
Schema, pages, structure and crawler rules built on staging, validated, reviewed by you, then launched. Rankings baseline exported first.
Log and measure
The implementation log, the validator screenshots, and Search Console and GA4 set up so you can report on what the platforms actually expose.
A fixed cost per site, or per hour across your client list
The estimate comes with both numbers. The price is confirmed in writing before work starts, and we never publish rates because an eight-page local site and a thousand-page publisher are different jobs.
Fixed cost per site
✓ Every WordPress item from the audit, one price, from a written scope ✓ Validated and launched, with the log and screenshots included ✓ Your retail price and margin known before you present it ✓ New recommendations later quoted as their own fixed priceHow most SEO agencies buy it: one line on the proposal next to the audit.
Per hour
✓ The same schema and entity pass applied across your whole client list ✓ Monthly recommendations from your tool actioned as they appear ✓ Time logged per client site, reported monthly, in your name ✓ Switch any site to a fixed cost once its scope is clearGood when your agency sells AI visibility as a retainer and needs steady implementation behind it.
No contract and no minimum. The same white label rules as our support and development services: NDA first, no contact with your client, our name nowhere, and every account and file in the client’s name.
Agencies that own the strategy and need the build
SEO agencies with strategists and no developers
You can write the recommendations and read the data. You should not be learning Elementor’s schema quirks at 9pm to ship them.
Content and PR agencies adding AI visibility
Your work earns the mentions. The client’s site has to be able to receive the credit: entity pages, author pages, structured data.
Agencies reselling an AI visibility tool
The dashboard shows the gaps every month. We close the WordPress ones so the next report shows movement, not the same list.
People who implement this on their own site
Survyc is an AI-first digital agency. The structured data, entity pages, answer-first structure and crawler rules on this website are the same ones we ship for agency clients, and one of our own guides has been cited in a Google AI Overview. Automation does the inventory and the validation runs; a senior developer makes every change by hand.
We do not show client logos because our agency clients are under NDA. The free estimate is the proof: send one audit and judge how we map it. Meet the team, or read how we run an AI brand visibility competitive analysis.
AI visibility implementation questions
Do you guarantee that the client will be cited by ChatGPT or Google AI Overviews?
No, and we will not put that in your proposal. No agency controls which sources an AI system quotes. What we guarantee is that every WordPress item in the audit is implemented, validated and logged, so the site stops being the reason a client is not understood, crawled or quoted.
Can you implement recommendations from the tool we already use?
Yes. Send the export or the PDF from any AI visibility, GEO or SEO tool, or your strategist’s own notes. We map each line to a concrete WordPress change, flag the items that are strategy rather than code, and quote the rest. You keep using whatever tool you report from.
Which schema types do you implement?
Whatever the site and the audit justify: Organization, Person for authors, Service, Article and BlogPosting, FAQPage, Product and Offer, LocalBusiness, BreadcrumbList and Review where genuine reviews exist. Output is JSON-LD, deduplicated against the SEO plugin’s own markup and validated before launch.
Do you allow or block AI crawlers?
Whatever the client decides, implemented correctly. Many sites block GPTBot, ClaudeBot or PerplexityBot by accident through a CDN or security plugin rule. We audit robots.txt, llms.txt and bot rules per crawler, show you the current state, and set each one the way the client has chosen.
Do you write the content as well?
We restructure existing pages so the answer comes first, headings match real questions and FAQ blocks mirror the schema. If new copy is needed, your writers can supply it to our structure, or we write it to your brief and the client’s brand. Keyword and prompt research stays with your agency.
Will the changes affect the client’s current Google rankings?
They should not harm them, and we treat that as a rule. We export a Search Console baseline first, keep URLs, titles and ranking content intact, make changes on staging, and compare after launch. Structured data and clearer entity pages help search engines as much as AI systems.
Fixed cost per site or per hour, which should I choose?
Fixed cost for a single client implementation, because you can quote your client a firm number with your margin on top. Per hour when you run AI visibility as a retainer across many sites and want monthly recommendations actioned as they appear. You can switch a site to fixed cost at any time.
Send the audit that nobody has actioned yet
