Getting started takes three steps. No call is needed, though you can book one if you prefer.

Week one: website audit and access

You share WordPress and hosting access. We take a full backup, set up a staging copy, and audit the site to list what needs fixing first.

Ongoing website support and management

Send fixes, edits, and SEO requests by email or form. Each one gets a due date, and you get a monthly website report.

Website Support Plan Questions

What is the difference between Essential Care and Growth Care?

Essential Care ($99/month) keeps the site updated, backed up, monitored, and fixed, with up to three small edits a month. Growth Care ($299/month) adds unlimited small edits, speed work, SEO, AEO, GEO, one landing page or page redesign a month, same-business-day replies, and a progress update every two weeks.

Can I cancel my website care plan?

Yes. Plans are billed monthly, and you can cancel before any month. SEO, AEO, and GEO work takes a few months to show in rankings and AI answers, so judge growth work over a quarter rather than a single month.

Is payment taken when I send the form?

No. The form only starts the conversation. We reply within one business day to confirm the scope, and the plan starts once you approve it.

What is not included in the plans?

Ad spend, paid plugin and theme licenses, and full new website builds are quoted separately. Everything else on the plan cards, and any service you tick in the custom plan, is part of the monthly price.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can move between Essential Care, Growth Care, and a custom plan from the next month. Tell us by email or through the form.
