What we do

What does an Elementor landing page developer do?

Four jobs that look alike from the outside and need different fixes. A broken layout and a failing Core Web Vitals score are not the same problem, even when they appear on the same page.

Build new landing pages

From your design file, or designed by us. Hero, proof, offer, form, and follow-up, laid out so the page has one job.

Fix pages that stopped working

The form stopped sending, the layout broke after an update, or the page looks right in the editor and wrong once live.

Speed and Core Web Vitals

A landing page carrying eight add-ons loses people before the offer loads. We audit what is actually loading first.

Take over pages someone built

We map which add-ons are load-bearing and which are leftovers, then work from that rather than guessing.

What we build

What goes into an Elementor landing page that converts?

A landing page has one job, and everything on it either serves that job or gets in the way. These are the parts we build, and the questions we ask about each one before writing anything into Elementor.

1

One offer, one action

A landing page with three calls to action has none. We agree the single action the page exists to produce, then remove the navigation, footer links, and anything else competing with it.

2

A form that actually delivers

Built with spam protection, tested end to end, and wired to your inbox or CRM. We submit it ourselves and confirm the lead arrives, because a silent form failure is the most expensive fault on any landing page.

3

Mobile first, genuinely

Most landing page traffic arrives on a phone. We build and test on mobile breakpoints first rather than shrinking a desktop layout afterwards, which is where most Elementor pages fall apart.

4

Fast enough to survive an ad click

Paid traffic is unforgiving. We keep the page off add-ons it does not need, size images properly, and check the result on a real connection.

What we see most

What usually goes wrong with Elementor landing pages?

Five problems account for most of the landing page work we are handed. Open the one that matches yours; there is a good chance you can fix it from the answer.

+  The form submits but nobody receives the lead

The most expensive failure on this list, because the page looks like it is working. Usually the site cannot send mail at all, since WordPress uses PHP's mail function by default and many hosts block it. Test by submitting the form yourself rather than trusting the success message.

+  Correct in the editor, wrong on the live site

Two things need doing and most people only do one. Elementor writes your design out to CSS files, so those need regenerating, and then every cache layer needs clearing. Doing one without the other leaves you looking at the old version.

+  The page is too slow to convert

Usually add-on bloat rather than Elementor itself. Every add-on loads its own CSS and JavaScript on pages that never use its widgets. Our guide to Core Web Vitals in WordPress explains why a page can feel fast and still fail.

+  Everything broke after an update

The cause most people miss is a version mismatch between Elementor and Elementor Pro. A batch update that moves one without the other produces missing widgets and layouts that break in ways that look random. An expired Pro licence produces the same symptom.

+  Desktop looks fine, mobile does not

Almost always responsive settings rather than a fault. Elementor lets you set different values per device, and a padding or width changed on one breakpoint and not another is easy to miss. Hidden and duplicated sections account for most of the rest.

New in 2026

Elementor 4.0 and the Atomic Editor: do you need to rebuild?

Elementor 4.0 made the Atomic Editor official in March 2026. It builds pages from lighter elements with proper CSS classes and variables. Your existing pages are not converted automatically, and they keep working as they are. The Elementor V4 FAQ covers the details.

Our own service pages run on the Atomic Editor, so this is advice from building in it, not from reading about it.

✓  Build new landing pages in V4

New pages get the cleaner output from day one, with no migration needed.

✓  Leave working V3 pages alone

Rebuilding a page that converts, only to move it to V4, is cost without a reason.

✓  Move a V3 page when it is being redesigned anyway

That is the moment the switch costs almost nothing extra.

Before you pay for a rebuild

Is Elementor actually your problem?

Often it is not. Elementor gets blamed for slow hosting, an unoptimised image library, a heavy theme, and a stack of add-ons nobody has reviewed in two years. Replacing the builder leaves all four of those in place.

That is how sites end up slow again three months after an expensive rebuild. So we diagnose first, and if Elementor is fine and something underneath it is not, we tell you.

Leaving Elementor is worth it only when ✓  Performance is exhausted: add-ons, images, caching, and hosting are cleaned up and the site still fails on mobile. ✓  Nobody edits it visually: a developer handles every change anyway. ✓  A redesign is happening: the pages are being rebuilt regardless.

Read our guide to moving away from Elementor.

What it costs

How much does an Elementor landing page cost?

Three ways to work, all with the same team. Pick whichever suits how you budget.

Hourly By the hour

Fixes, ongoing help, and work with an open scope. No minimum, so a two-hour fix is fine.

Fixed price Per landing page

Quoted against a written scope after we have seen the design. Extras are quoted, never absorbed quietly.

Monthly Per site

Ongoing updates, monitoring, and small edits for sites that need a few hours each month.

The rate or fixed price is confirmed in writing before any work starts. Our guide to what it costs to fix a WordPress website explains why the same job quotes so differently across the market.

How it runs

How does the work run?

Four steps, and the first two cost you nothing.

1

Send the site

A URL and one line about what is wrong. No discovery call before anyone has looked.

2

Get a diagnosis

What is causing it, what fixing it involves, and whether it is worth fixing. In writing, free.

3

Agree scope and price

Hourly with an estimated range, or a fixed number against a written scope.

4

Work on staging

Nothing touches your live site until it works and you have approved it.

For agencies

White label Elementor work

Survyc is an AI-first digital agency. We deliver Elementor work white label for agencies, with an NDA signed before any client material changes hands and no contact with your client.

Questions we get

Common questions about hiring an Elementor landing page developer

How much does it cost to hire an Elementor landing page developer?

You can work hourly, which suits fixes and open-ended help, or take a fixed price per landing page once we have seen the design. The rate or price is confirmed in writing before work starts, and there is no minimum engagement, so a two-hour fix is a real option.

Can you work on a landing page somebody else built?

Yes, and most of our Elementor work is exactly that. We map what is there before changing anything, including which add-ons are load-bearing and which are leftovers. You do not need documentation, access notes, or any knowledge of how the site was assembled.

Why is my Elementor landing page so slow?

Usually add-ons rather than Elementor itself. Each add-on loads its own CSS and JavaScript on every page, whether that page uses its widgets or not. A heavy theme underneath and Elementor performance settings left switched off account for most of the rest.

Should I rebuild my pages in the Elementor Atomic Editor?

Not just for the sake of it. Existing pages keep working and are not converted automatically. Build new landing pages in the Atomic Editor, and move an older page when it is being redesigned anyway, which is when the switch costs almost nothing extra.

Do you build Elementor landing pages from a design file?

Yes. A Figma file with defined components is the quickest to build from, because the spacing, states, and breakpoints are already decided. A flat image works too, though it takes longer, since someone has to make those decisions during the build instead.

Do I need Elementor Pro?

For theme builder templates, popups, and most form handling, yes. For standard pages the free version is often enough. If you already have Pro, keep the licence active, because an expired licence stops Pro widgets loading and looks exactly like a broken site.
